  • AGREE the APPROACH, it's critical to  successful delivery. I utilise a toolkit that's a mix of industry standard and experience based approaches.


  • Successful change relies upon teams that WORK TOGETHER. I don't do Strategy, Leadership or Assurance to you; we work to foster a collaborative approach and attitude.
  • To DELIVER OUTCOMES I work with you to define unambiguous outcome definitions, the components required to deliver them supported by realistic plans, who does what and when, the benefits envisaged and hoe to measure them.

About Me

About Me

My first 11 years were spent in various places in the Middle East, moving from Country to Country as my fathers' work required. Being exposed to different cultures taught me how to be comfortable with building new relationships and understanding different cultures. 


Looking back, my success in working independently is primarily down to my ability to build trusted relationships, congregate stakeholders into common ground and communicate complex issues in plain terms. 


My early career roles were in hospitality and retail where an opportunity to lead the business side introduction of EPoS across the UK led to an opportunity to move into IT.  Roles in business analysis and project management led to a move into global roles in a niche software house and then, into independent working.


The last 30+ years’ experience of delivering complicated change, engaging stakeholders and understanding business risks and finding a way through means I offer highly effective change services.


I’m a no fluff and guff communicator, good at finding common ground, building stakeholder relationships and supporting change sponsors.


Highly experienced in constructing capable, motivated, resilient and confident teams.


My experience includes Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Lloyds Market, Retail, and Government markets. Regulatory change experience in multiple jurisdictions, working with regulators on behalf of clients, proven experience of effective Sponsor, CxO and Board advisory. 


I have active Security Clearance, relevant change qualifications and, I have been around the block a few times.
